Amazon Fire Stick | Dolby Audio Not Working

Hi,

Home Threater : Sony HT-RT3 (Dolby Supported, HDMI ARC)
TV : Samsung (3 HDMI Ports , 1 With HDMI ARC)
Fire Stick: Amazon (Software Up to Date)

I have connected my Amazon Fire Stick to TV HDMI 1 and Setup Box to HDMI 2 and TV HDMI 3 ARC-> Home theater HDMI ARC... Through HDMI ARC I am getting Dolby audio from my STB but not getting from my fire stick, I have tried Amazon,Sunnxt,netflix no luck I am only getting stereo sound .

If anyone faced this issue or know the answer please suggest.

Amazon firestick standard edition bro....
In firestick audio setting I have selected dolby digital over hdmi only still nothing
