Seeking Help Any tata sky people available

Any tatasky people available here..
Urgent help.
I made a recharge on last Sunday and the channels are not resumed so far. Amount is being deducted everyday.
Unable to reach customer care.
On Sunday I raised one complaint and one guy called and declared that he can't do anything.
Anyone here available to help me to come out of this issue?

It won't work bro. He is facing some different kind of error. I can help him if what type of error he is getting on TV

Turn on set top box and change pack online or via app, downgrade or upgrade, wait 5 minutes, hopefully it's working
