Seeking Help Anybody else subscribed to TV18 Hindi value HD pack in TataSky and not getting channels?

TV18 hindi value HD pack @TS doesn't contain FYI18 HD since they don't have HD feed of FYI. I subscribed the pack with missing FYI18 HD and took FYI18 SD ala carte.
But no channel is running from this pack today. CC did soft and hard reset. Nothing....
It's showing pack as subscribed in my accounts but no channels viewable....

Anyone else facing similar issue with this or similar pack?

I activate 282 package tamil sports kids , so many channels not coming, star sports tamil, star sports select 2 etc not coming

after multiple follow up with CC, soft reset and hard reset...still the same.
in last conversation with CC i asked if there's issue with this pack or not.
They said there's some technical issue and will be sorted by EOD.
hoping to get it resolved on its own.
such things are bound to happen in transition...

i believe this is part of multiple bugs in the system due to transition.
Good to escalate to get them noticed and hence resolved ASAP.
