Discussion Anyone here ordered Airtel connection from Dthindia seller Amazon?

I ordered yesterday afternoon at 3 got call from seller that he is processing the order haven’t got any subscriber id till now from Airtel. how much time installation takes?

I think you will get subscriber id after few days of installation, it will appear on screen. It should be quick as that seller has a good reputation. Just have patience and welcome to ADTV!

It doesn't have to do anything with DTH INDIA seller..
it all depends on your local dth seller. You will get the subscriber id as a msg. Wait till installation. Just be patient.

i also got the connection from same seller on Amazon. Ordered around 12pm and installation was completed by 3:30. As i said it all depends on ur local guy.

But as Per seller they haven't booked the connection till now as there is some problem in airtel booking software Ie seller panel. I ordered yesterday at 3 still no installation

1st i got call from DTH India, then Airtel, then local technician.. all happened in 3 hours
don't remember if i recieve subscriber id before technician came. i think i got it as sms.
You will know it when he comes. Subscriber id is to be written on the application

Thanks I had received Call from Dthindia yesterday only today I called many times for installation but Dthindia response was we will do it sir We will book sir. Very pathetic seller experience in my case no call from Airtel till now always saying installation will happen tomorrow sir booking tomorrow sir blah blah blah

if local guy already called u, call him.
Otherwise wait till 48 hrs and contact seller through "Contact Seller" option in the order section.
or
call directly DTH India. Number has been PMed to you
