Asianet HD & Mazhavil Manorama HD not listed under base + al la carte

Dear Friends,

I was trying add the both Asianet HD & Mazhavil HD using my online account but unfortunately i could not find those channels under al la carte list. i am using south flexi pack. i needs you guys help. thank you

I have emailed cc to add the channels but no reply yet. and their site is extremely slow today.

Asianet HD and Mazhavil HD cannot be added to flexi pack.I'm using South silver pack and i add these channels by calling CC and it costs 40 Rs for each channel.
