Seeking Help Audio issue when connecting Xstream box to Infinity 2.1 soundbar through OnePlus Tv

Dear Friends,

I've recently bought OnePlus TV U1S model 55 inch along with Infinity 2.1 soundbar. I've connected soundbar from TV using optical cable. Now the issue is sound not coming in soundbar for Airtel Xstream input in Tv channels. I've to change audio output settings from auto to optical everytime. But while in auto mode it's working for Netflix, prime and all other apps.

I've tried connecting my secondary airtel HD connection with same connection settings. I could able to have audio from both TV and Soundbar in auto mode. It's working fine with HD box.

Whether I need to change some settings or do I have to do anything please let me know

Same issue I am facing with my Thomson smart TV, audio not coming for Airtel DTH channels but sound is working with apps installed on TV like Netflix and Prime
