Audio L&R Port not working. Locked?

Hello everyone,
Brought Sun Direct HD in Jan 2017. Provided with STB manufactured by Skyworth. Model No. HS8101. The Audio ports for speakers are not working. Is there any solution. Found old forums discussing about unlocking procedure in COSHIP STB using a code. I think mine is different... Anybody succeeded in using the ports? Pls help..

Ok.. got it. 
So simple.. SD CC could've told this directly over phone insead of sending a tech.. Tech came. called someone else over phone, explained the problem and did the following..

On STB Remote, press/select
1. Menu 
2. Settings 
3. System Information
4. Ok
5. On the System Information screen, enter 7531 
6. Dialog box "Enable CVBS output?" appears
7. Ok

Voila! Done! :k

Btw, why do they lock this feature by default and waste our time???  :dodgy
