Auto Standby option is available on HD box in System Settings > Power Saver Settings.

I upgraded to HD last month so I don't know much about this new box. But that auto standby feature is not working, it should turn off my STB but it doesn't do anything on Auto Standby Start Time. It's new Technicolor box with 3 years warranty.

I am doing something wrong or you guys also can't use this feature??

It will happen only after the set time, The default time is 9PM or so.
Auto Standby will be enabled if u dont press any button on remote for 2 hours or more, only aftr the set time (9PM is deault)

Just a suggestion, it's always a good idea to remove the power plug of ur Tata Sky instead of stabdby. It will extend the life of ur hardware and save electricity too
