Actually bad time will come for brodcasters(offline tv channels) and maybe local cable operators(if they not upgrade their set top boxes to streming set top boxes) as of now tv and private dth operators will not face bad time as they are offering prime Netflix in their set top box and smart TV's

Satellite TV will be still preferred by homemaker and elders in coming decades.

Even radios are still popular as always. People cannot watch tv at work or car. But can listen to a radio. Despite a rise in music streaming service. Radio stations are still prefered.

TV and Radio will still co-exist with Internet for now.

When television had come, everyone had predicted same for radio. Ever heard any radio station shutting down? Similar way TV channels will survive. Internet still can't match the linear transmission capacity of conventional television channels(theoretically unlimited).

Tv channels no. might reduce to some extent in future still tv channels & medium would still thrive thanks to some of the channels innovative creativity in shows , which would gradually improve in coming years .

Example for news in some channels- daily coverage regarding viral videos in net around the world, fake news busting , live tech event broadcasting (Apple one - some times - meant non sponsored ones) .
