I recharged on 22nd Aug, and i am still waiting for my refund. Last time it took 15 days. It happened automatically.

I guess issue is because change in mVisa server to Bharat QR

I think problem started since TS updated it as Bharat QR before that it was working flawlessly as you said.
Me too not received recharge amount on TS ac but balance deducted from bank account.
Btw how to get refund it's been more than 5 days I recharged :huh

Refund should happen automatically, But I am sill waiting, my 23 rd aug refund(today's recharge also failed) still not credited, I am thinking to file a complaint in SBI. This is it, I will never use Bharat QR from now, UPI is the best

Almost everyone is facing the issue. But I never faced such issues. In the last 30 days. recharged TS with mVisa / Bharat QR thrice (twice for self, once for friend), everytime got ₹100 additional balance (last instance was 4th September).
Also got ₹400 Cashback (₹100, 4 times) in IRCTC for Train tickets booking in last 30 days. Even for a transaction less than ₹100, I got ₹100 cashback.
