MUMBAI: Youth entertainment channel Bindass will premiere the second season of its popular show ‘Halla Bol’ on 30 November.
The show will air at 6 pm and will chronicle stories of women who have dared to dream big.
Disney India Media Networks VP content and communications Vijay Subramaniam said, “With season one of Halla Bol, we connected with young adults as their friend while inspiring them to bring about a change and they loved us for it.
Through this season, we aim to reiterate Bindass’ commitment to motivate Indian youth towards purposive action and inspire women to follow their dreams.”
Comprising 26 episodes, the show will explore the trials and tribulations of women and illustrate how strength, belief and self-confidence go a long way. It will showcase relevant issues like women empowerment, gender inequality, family and social stereotypes.
The stories will be heroic and inspiring ones, from a young girl wanting to pursue a male-dominated sport like boxing to a pregnant woman who dared to walk out of an abusive marriage.
Reprising his role as the host, popular television personality Karan Tacker will take audiences through the inspiring journey of women heroes.
