Blank Screen on Zee News+

Do anyone has idea why LCN 652 Zee News+ is showing black screen with proper EPG since this evening
Initially i thought it's temporary issue but the problem is persisting even after 2 hours.
(Can't post screenshot as there is no option to add file directly)

Well, I don't like to post my images somewhere else unknown site just to post here. If this forum can't provide native feature to share image it's Okay for me.
Anyway the point was:
Why the channel was showing blank screen which is back to normal now.
