MUMBAI: Sony Entertainment Television (SET) is undergoing another round of programming overhaul under the leadership of business head Danish Khan. After refreshing its fiction programming, the channel is now reworking its non-fiction line-up with a new reality show called ‘Power Couple’.
The show will be hosted by Bollywood couple Arbaaz and Malaika Arora Khan.
Created by Abot Hameiri, ‘Power Couple’ is an Israeli format owned by Israel-based Dori Media. The first season of the show will premiere in India on SET on 12 December.
The show will air at 8:30 pm on Saturday and Sunday. Likely to be a one-hour show, it will give viewers a break from the crime shows ‘CID’ and ‘Crime Patrol’, which dominate the weekend band on the channel.
