Booked a new ts connection.

Booked a new ts connection today morning.. Tried booking it from online but wasn't able to as there was some network problem in it. So gave a missed call to their number and got a call back. The customer care person agreed for the online payment amount of rs.1800 as it was an error to book from online.. Waiting eagerly for the technican to call... Will post snaps as soon as I will get the box..
