Seeking Help Buzz/Ringing sound at startup

Finally got rid of it!
Seems to be a dolby related issue.

Go to :-
Settings - Android Settings - Advanced Settings - Voice - Audio Settings - HDMI Audio Output

Set to PCM ( I don't use dolby features with this TV)

And viola! the sound is gone!!

This is how I managed, YMMV

Initially dolby sound transmitting from set top box, but tv not supporting, so its changing to pcm output. So you need to change the sound output as pcm in settings.

Bro,my vu tv supports dolby digital through coaxial. Sadly only more expensive audio receivers and soundbars support this type of input. Or we can use a converter to connect.

So running on stereo for now.
