Well that is a VSAT dish, Usually supplied by HCL-COMNET, Look for this on ATMS, GOVT BUILDINGS etc....
MCBS makes some of these dishes, The fiber ones usually are C-BAND , I think they use 83E -3A or now GSAT-12, THere are ku types too

normally KU band have offset focus dish , so conical feedhorn like vikram posted pic is used for better reception , and on prime focus a scalar rings are used to get better gain and reduce the noise getting into the feed
