Can a LCO recieve feeds from Multiple MSO ?

Actually my LCO started giving english movies channels, but none from my area interested in that one.. And also, already we have Movies now, AXN, Star movies, Star world .
Most of them from my area wants more tamil channels, and religious channels.

If an LCO can do this much he does deserve the price he expects, im paying Rs 120 for just 40 Channels.

Yes, atleast the LCO's across Chennai should put efforts to include all the tamil channels into the mass empty slots the MSO has as no channel would complain if the LCO"s add them.

90% of LCOs in chennai giving additional channels.
and just 10% of LCOs only not giving any additional channels and behave badly with customers..
my bad luck, am going to change my house in next 3 months..

My LCO 1 year back:
1: Poor service, just said UHF channels wont appear and other channels wont be clear and he cant fix that as its the MSO that does that.
2: Collected Rs 100.
3: Barely available for calls.
4: Nice person.
5: No additional channels.

My LCO Now:
1: Picture quality improves a lot, UHF not great but ok than before.
2: Collects Rs 120.
3: Attention even to a single call, resolves issue within max 6 hrs.
4: Nice person.
5: No additional channels.
