Can anyone help me with TRAIs definition of active DTH and nonactive subscribers

TRAI gives net and gross DTH subscribers every quarter. Can any member explain what according to TRAI is an active DTH subscriber and non active.
And also what is Gross DTH subscribers ? is it cumulative and what is Net subscribers..

active subscriber - who is in active state since last 3 months
non active - opposite of active

gross dth subscriber - yes it is cumulative
net subscribers = active - non active
