Can't register in Gtpl APP

I have tried so much register in Gtpl App
But every time it's says that either STB no or Mobile number is wrong
I called customer care to solve this issue and he says that your setup box nuid number is your STB number ,but still I can't registered it. Help me

If both of you facing this error, then error might be on the app itself. CC just saying their template reply as always.
