Captain Vijayakanth who is busy with his political life was last seen Viruthagiri released in 2010. Vijaykanth is still busy hearing scripts for launching his younger son Shanmugapandian as an actor in Kollywood. The buzz is that he might also re-enter films at least in a key role in his son's launch pad if not a full length role.
