MUMBAI: As part of its revamp strategy focused on wellness, Care World TV has announced its first programme for the season. Called ‘100 Days Diet Plan’, the 100-episode show will be dedicated to dieting and will start airing in early May.
Shot in high definition (HD), the show aims at breaking notions about health diets and amplifying the goodness of a well-balanced diet, correct calorie intake, and nutrient levels.
Care World TV MD Ajit Gupta said, “Wellness is an everyday state of being and maintaining a well-balanced diet is the key to healthy living. ‘100 Days Diet Plan’ is designed to educate, clear misconceptions, and, most importantly, bring a disciplined effort towards following a diet to attain wellness
