We have been fans of Cartoon Network since our childhood when it started airing in India through Turner International India Limited.

Over the years it has undergone a lot of changes in terms of content, presentation and yes, its look and feel. And it has received its share of brickbats and bouquets for the same.

Recently they launched their new on-air graphics under the brand philosophy "Redraw your World". Here's a preview of the same. :

They are currently in use for US, SEA, MENA, European and Australian versions of the channel.

However, the India version of CN and CN+HD has not yet (as of now) used these graphics.

So the question arises - When will India Follow suit?

If you look at other rebrands of international channels in the past few years, such as Animal Planet and Discovery, the Indian version usually rebrands a few months after the international versions. So we can confidently hope that Cartoon Network will do the same.

The same didn't happen with Nick India. Nickelodeon launched a new logo around the world on 28 September 2009. But India did not adapt it on that date. Instead this rebrand happened on 25 June 2010.
