changes customer id

i have two airtel connections with different ids.. now i want to merge these ids.. to merge these i shud have connections with same name...but i am unable to change one ids name....cc is saying they cannot change it...is there any way to change the name of connection????

airtel main name change nahi hota hai ha ager address change karna hai to cc main call kar sakte ho
