Channel Working But Showing Unsubscribed in Rdtv

Today i go to my friend's home, on his Rdtv Stb, Zee tv is working fine but showing message Error 200, unsubscribed channel, what is Rdtv people doing,

there will be some technical error...it will be sovled shortly...

He said its from last one month, he call cc so many times but cc can't understand & said problem is in your box.

yes and it happens when we quickly make changes of channel! poor software

yes absolutely,when the channel is changed fast this problem appears.if you move to any other channel and come back to the same channel the problem is removed.

ya thats true...its happend to me also...when i was using sd stb..now my is dvr so no prblm till now

So the issue seems to be in the SW and the decoder communication
