Seeking Help Channels are not working.

I need your help guys.
Just now I switched on my TV & nothing is coming, blank screen is coming on home channel. I changed the channel & now it's saying that "This is a wrong view Card for this set top box". I tried switching on/off stb but it's not working. I reinserted the view Card but it's still same.
Error Code: 14

Please help me.

I called CC & she raised a complain. Within 30 mins technician came at my home.
Airtel's technicians are also like them only.
He was not knowing anything. First, he cleaned it & said that your STB is damaged, it needs to be replaced. I said, okay replace it with a good one, then he said your view Card is very old & it has been deactivated you need to buy a new one then he said sir, I'll come again tomorrow alongwith my senior. Your STB is having serious issues.

Airtel's CC & technician's support, both are unbeatable.

This is my experience with ROI CC & the technician whom I met today. Please don't take it personally anyone. May be it's my bad luck that I couldn't get good experience. Honestly speaking, airtel's technicians are good. He was the first technician with whom my experience was not good.
 
viewing card has an expire date ?

Don't know. He was himself confused.
But, Subscription End Date is present in diagnostic. May be he was talking about this.
