Channels not updated in airtel dth

In my airtel dth stb many new channels are not updated but as per airtel all that channels are available on airtel and also included in my pack. When ever I'm checking for such channels it's indicating as "channel no. --- is not available". I have tried changing stb, updating stb, factory reset on stb. But nothing as worked. Already issue is being raised with cc but i didnt received any assistance from cc since last 10 days. If anyone have idea about the same plz kindly help me

Email the Nodal office bro. Cc is useless. Again some of the Nodal officers are also useless.

Newly added channels will added to STB through BAT updates. Probably your STB isnt getting such BAT Updates lately. That's why whenever you check for such new channel it displays as "Channel No not available"

Earlier it was 4 year old. After this issue I have replaced new stb. It is jus 3 days old

Here's the contact details of Nodal officer Team. As per your current State write an Email explaining the whole issue. They only can solve the problem. CC is useless don't rely on them.
