Channels should wait through?

Guys,

Does the govt release the list of channels which are waiting for approval.
Do we have the list.

Just wanted to know if any of these are planning their HD and waiting for clearance - Vijay TV, Asianet, Zee Tamil, Jaya TV & Maa TV ?

Hm. As far as I know, all of these channels already exist in HD and are available on DTH services in India.
