With the festive season around, Hind GEC Colors has unveiled a new line-up of shows to be aired in the months of October and November.
The new line-up boasts various genres ranging from reality to non-fiction and mythical drama.
Commenting on the new line-up, Colors CEO Raj Nayak said, “Each of these concepts has been handpicked by our creative teams keeping in mind newness, intrigue and variety. Be it a show that dismisses blind faith like ‘Devanshi’, the second edition of our super-hit mystical thriller ‘Naagin’, an entertainment show on human behaviour like ‘Bigg Boss’, a love story with a unique twist like ‘Dil Se…Dil Tak’, or a historical-mytho series like ‘Shani’, it’s all happening on Colors. We have associated with the choicest storytellers and production teams to curate compelling shows in keeping with the channel’s core DNA while catering to every member of the family.”
The new line-up will be introduced on 3 October with ‘Devanshi’, a show that will touch upon the societal issue of blind faith through the life of a seven-year-old girl (Kashvi Kothari). The show will air every Monday to Friday at 7 pm.
This will be followed by the second season of ‘Naagin’, which commences on 8 October, airing every Saturday and Sunday, at 8 pm. The story will pick up 24 years after the season one ends.
On 16 October, Colors will launch the 10th season of the marquee property ‘Bigg Boss’. This will air every Monday to Friday at 10:30 pm and on Saturdays and Sundays at 9 pm. This season, the focus shifts to the common man, who will live under camera scrutiny 24×7.
Additionally, the channel has two more shows lined up—a romantic show ‘Dil Se…Dil Tak’ and a historical-mytho drama ‘Shani’. ‘Dil Se…Dil Tak’ tells the love story of a married couple. ‘Shani’ will delve into the life of the most ruthless Hindu god Shani, revealing the truths behind the myths and dismissing the beliefs that have been passed along over generations.
