Mohit Raina who has been missing in action since Devon Ke Dev Mahadev went off air, will be back on TV soon. He will be seen playing Emperor Ashoka in the serial Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat which will be taking a leap of 12 years. A source says that it was his mother who insisted that he take up the show. “She loves the historical and when Mohit got the offer she was the one who persuaded him to do it.” Meanwhile, the role of Susima, Ashoka’s brother and the antagonist, will be played by Ankit Arora who was recently seen in Razia Sultan.
Mohit who had played Lord Shiva got an immense fan following and became extremely popular after the show. So we are sure you guys must be really excited to see the TV hottie yet again as Samrat Ashoka.
