Connection not activated

After six months of continuous chasing Ste up box was installed at 1700 hrs. Since then I am regretting to apply for the connection. After a lot of discussions set up box ha not been activated till now. Every time your representative is saying it will be active within 30 minutes. Alas!. Am asking for refund. Your denying for the same. If it is not fixed, please refund otherwise I will go to Court.
 
Please email, write on Facebook page, Twitter. Hope they act.

contact distributor who installed yours, they are responsible for activation. Customer Care can not active your box.

They don't reply on facebook as well as on Email :( They don't even attend the call
