Guys, My set top box last 6 months has can't start active service...so, there are which type problem?
When I press Active BUTTON on remote button nothing can be started or NOT started Active service.
In menu setting I find only these 5 options..
1). Mosaic (PIP)
2). Account details
3). Channel guide
4).setup
5). favourite
No active service menu find.
I have also many times factory reset but still not problem solved.
Also called CC but they tell Engineer visit required.
Now WHAT CAN I do?
Please give solution ASAP.
