Yes, i don't think it's possible.
HD Add-on name in d2h dictionary is a joke.
They wanted to avoid the name '' HD Access Fee'' as it reminded TS. :shy

d2h don't have a big HD customer base like DishTV or TS.
That's why they are giving discount for 3 month HD add-on ( Pay 2 months & Get 3 months) :dodgy
