Seeking Help D2h v-7000 HDW laggs

From few days iam facing problem of lagging in d2h hd box , signals are strong box is in good condition but i dont know why picture are lagging and no audio for few minutes .
Anyone else facing this issue or its a box problem
Please help me out

For me too ..facing same problem..
Only in morning , for few seconds channels becomes freeze and no audio. I thought it was sun outage problem ..

i think everyone facing this problem its not stb model specific
I m also facing same on my v-5004HD stb
So obviously its from d2h side

am from Cochin,Kerala also facing the lag and no audio. i think its sun outage
