D2H Web Service :'STB Complaints'

Hi There,

Today I used the 'STB Complaints' option in VideoconD2H Website.
Videocon d2h
I was rarely facing some software problem in my STB and so I just wrote it as a feedback. Within 1Hr I got a call from local service centre and they said they will send technician tomorrow!.
I was surprised by their response even after the working hrs(after 7pm)!
I mean it's so quick !
