D6000 with nss6 showing 101 for many channels

I recently plugged my old zenega d6000 HD set top box and looks like lot of channels showing 101 error. Infact all paid channels showing that error and none of the hd channels working. When I scan TPs all of them are showing green signal. Not sure what is the issue When I called cc they sent technicians and they said it's package issue which cc is not able to understand. Set top box has latest software and I have a single head. LNB. Any help??
