Breaking Den cable collapsed in Kerala. Den signal not available in many districts.

Den cable signal switched off in Kerala. Today 7pm onwards many districts in Kerala not getting cable signal. Many homes in Kerala lost IPL matche of Chennai Super kings v/s RCB and Real Madrid v/s Bayern Munich match. Tried to call customer care and no one take the phone. Presently Ernakulam,Kottayam districts reports 3 days of signal lost in night time.

That's why I tell many people don't trust on kilometers length wires anything can happen, DTH r also having now cheap packs

Majority of the time, Signal coming and going, Picture freezing etc as usual Rain fade. Thunderstorm was severe. Power restored at around 3 am night

Then it must be raining very heavily at your place. Ur signal levels must be above 75% if u want to watch TV even in moderate to heavy rains. In very heavy rains no one will get signals

That's why I said, but no such issue with Cable Tv if cable center has power backup

In my place here, even during Sunny Days, cable gets cut/no signal for 3-4 hrs daily. Sometimes it happens at night also, random it is. Here people prefer DTH. In monsoon, cable is worse than DTH here. Atleast in DTH one can watch TV.

Last year i faced No Signal issues may be just 10 times for 5-10 mins each between June-September that to during heavy rains, that too when my LNB was spoiled.

Then you must have received very less rain last year. I hope this year you will get normal rain as it fulfill our water needs
