Digital Cable in STP

Hello Ravi sir, may I know about OPTICAL FIBRE CABLE INTERNET in Sitapur.
Are they (netvision) or any other operator in Sitapur providing fast internet through local cable i.e. optical fibre cable network???
Please help me in this.

Today My Cable Operator Has Changed His Digital Cable Service From Net Vision To City Cable.
And He Told Me Optical Fiber Internet Service Is Running Only In Delhi Not Started Yet in LKO.
