Hi friends,
Plz post Digital CATV Headend equipment information

I want to install 300 channels Digital CATV Headend.
For 12 years I have worked as Dish alignment Technician,can install dish for 100 satellites and Analog headend.Now I work as Computer technician.
Now I got a project, can I able to install Digital headend.?
Plz tell your opinion...

See there are various number of cable tv headend equipments are used. Some of them are QAM , IRDs, Encoders , PSI SI server and CAS Server etc.
all of these are very important equipments for cable tv.
These will be helpful if you want to start a new cable tv headend for your network.
