Good comparision, so both have same capacity and TP space..

Gsat-10 got more powerful battery understandably because of GAGAN GPS system.Otherwise you can expect same functionality and work efficiency as that of INSAT-4A.
So on an average Tata Sky can add 20 to 22 SD channels in Mpeg2 DVB TP and 10 to 11 HD channels in a Mpeg4 DVBS-2 TP.
After aquring initial 4TP's in November,Tata Sky can add 5 to 7 HD channels with 15 to 20 SD channels before they move on to review their packages and fees.
