Is it tv channel logo or newspaper logo?? What a waste!
BTW is that really official? Because neither official twitter

This fb page has been using this logo since a few days now

But it looks an unofficial page, because:
1. Republic went live on social media only yesterday, but this page have been there with logo since a few weeks
2. The link it is given under "follow us on twitter" is of an unofficial twitter handle.
