Beginning 2015, Discovery Kids is all set to showcase a popular international showRobin Hood: Mischief in Sherwoodin India.
Robin Hood will air from 10 January, Monday to Saturday at 7pm. Available both in English and dubbed in Hindi, it will showcase how Robin stands up to the injustice brought upon by spoilt Prince John of Sherwood along with his friends Tuck, Little John, Scarlett and Maid Marian.
Speaking on the new show, Discovery Networks APAC EVP and GM South Asia and Southeast Asia Rahul Johri said, “Discovery Kids strengthens its repertoire of global franchises with its new seriesRobin Hood: Mischief in Sherwood.The series will showcase the importance of friendship and will inspire kids to stand bravely against injustice.”
The 3D animated series has been co-produced by DQ Entertainment and Method Animation and is targeted at kids aged six to nine. 52 episodes were created in all of 11 minutes each at a budget of $12.2 million.
