Dish tv smart hub in rainy season, will it telecast the regular pack via internet? Will it telecast the pack i have purchased on dish TV via internet? Will it work like tata sky binge?

You will be able to watch from below selected channels which are available on watcho App and particularly those which are part of your DTH subscription..
Just press WATCHO button on your remote to open watcho App and go to LIVE TV..

Free Live channels are by default available for you irrespective of your DTH subscription..

Bro My live tv option gone from watcho after my box hanged and issue was resolved by technician. How to get the live channels back in watcho.

You need to have latest (v 2.27) Watcho Android TV app installed on your box to access live tv ..
You can do the same from Play Store..
