Is it true that DISH Tru HD doesnt have any HD ACCESS FEE UNLIKE TATA SKY and VIDEOCON D2H ?

Based on the after sales service which D2H is best ?( kolkata)[/b][/font]

I am a sports lover(HD channels), based on that which D2H should i choose ?
