I am seeing two NAAPTOL BLUE in this 12595 TP.

LCN 209

Then this should be another LCN..

The one you posted was scanned in below post.

The one I posted is a new slot. I think this new slot is not added yet in STB. Or, please check once again to know if this is added in STB or not.
