Dish TV customer service experience

When i first bought Dish TV few months back, the customer service was slow and the CC Executives(HINDI) weren't trained enough to understand half the stuff that I was saying.
I called yet again today to discuss the spam of calls from DishTV to my grandmother (who uses the connection) and selected English in the language and I was surprised at how professional that helpful this guy was. I have never seen such CC even from Tata Sky (which has really good CC) and was surprised Dish TV has improved in this aspect.
