Here's the process
1. I set color settings to 95 on color level firstly to my Sony led TV's picture settings HDMI source 1
2. Now, I switched off my HD+STB only from main power switch and kept turned on TV set throughout
3. Now, Turned on back, I found out that after STB rebooted, it failed to implement color level 95.
God Knows what and from where picture settings does it apply, when picture settings is having the source of sony led TV's HDMI all the way ?
4. If I switched off set top box via remote by pressing 'Power Off' button and press it back again same button from remote to start up the set top box.
Found out that this time set top was able to adopt color level 95 , it adopts expected picture settings only when TV remote used to turn it on or off
