dish tv lnb problem

2 days ago i correctly align gsat 15 with asiasat and got all tps but vande gujrat tp was no single this tp has horizental pol but now when i connect wire with lnb signal 50% but quality is 0 i want to now is it lnb problem or dish setting problem
