NO, for every 25 channels , 20 ₹ NCF is the MRP, by charging 1/channel, the cost is lesser than maximum retail price. So it is not illegal.
For example, before, if 101 channels were chosen, NCF was 130+20+gst, now based on new offer by dishtv, NCF is 130+1+gst for 101 channels.

Dish TV has provided all the bouquets & they are not having many channels of the bouquets on their platform so are they going to add them?

As per TRAI order, if a DPO is not having any channel of the broadcaster's bouquet then they can't provide that bouquet.
