PQ increased a lot also STB working so fast no ......

After this update i found only one change in my HD box.
Now EXIT button is of yellow color.
Now when you click on MY FILES button you will find EXIT option with YELLOW color.

Click GUIDE button & if you want to see tomorrow's program guide then you have to click GREEN button( it was yellow before) and if you want to see -24hours program then click BLUE button.

Could anybody please tell me why I am not getting HD EPG V520 update in my hd stb? Already tried forced upgrade & contacted DishTV CC too (those guys are clueless) but all in vain.
