May be these packs are only for D2H and not for DishTV as I see D2H already updated their website with these packs d2h Combo | d2h Packs | Subscription Plan ,but DishTV web site still shows old packs https://www.dishtv.in/Pages/Packs/dish-tv-combos.aspx
